Did anyone else notice that the grams of the micro's does not correspond to the calories. I am not sure if it is because the food list information in not accurate or if it can be for some other reasons. As I understand fat is x9 calories and protein and carbs is x4. If I work out my grams in conjuction with my calories for yesterday I get 1300 calories and not 1500.

Comments 
Some items in the food list can be input incorrectly into the FatSecret database. I use it merely as a guide and I double check some food items by googling the nutritional info before I use it. I don't look at the percentage ratio wheel as that sometimes does not correspond to my macros in grams. Don't overthink it as it will frustrate you to get it 100% spot on.
