For those of you that have been using Fat secret for a while is there a way that you can input your macros in order to keep an eye on them. I have looked but did not seem to find anything on fat secret.

Yolanda the macros show in your food diary for each food item you add into it and then it gives u total macros at the top and total macros for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks in line with the headings. Don't rely on the percentages. They can mislead you at times.

Thank you I saw that but I wanted something like macro tracker where you set your macros and as you log food it deducts it and tell you how much you have left.
