Sooooo proud of myself. Long weekends for me usually meant lots of food & snacking through the day, because I'm normally bored, but this weekend I stuck to my guns, & continued 16:8 intermittent fasting & didn't guzzle down everything I could find!! Bring on Easter weekend, I can do this!!!
