Forgetting to record my days, but going on steadily.
Found a good lunch. I ate pilchards for lunch 50% of the days for the last few years and I just couldn’t any more! I am having 130g pork fillet with 1tbs olive oil and some frozen veggies. Gives me a good mix of protein and fat and still affordable. 200g cauli R7,40 Pork fillet R10,30 Olive oil 60c (got it marked down) Spices negligible. Total: R18,30
