meh. I tried changing my region but then I lose all of my connections and the social side of this app is the most important. ag well. will just stay on SA and do a bit of prep work by adding foods to favourites. also. chunky monkey today. first weigh in after an holiday... always looks heinous... will be doing some detox eating for the next few days and will start weighing in from Monday.

tip: I started saving favorite foods (such as a protein bar I like as a "meal" for ease of locating it in the future.
