I can’t click the link, what’s the name of the YouTube channel? :) 

Copy and paste into your browser. Hey Nikina, this is great!!! I need to do a lot of work to do what she's doing but I can already feel the tension subsiding. :-)

Pinkatt, I don't 'clearly' know the channel. I copy and pasted the link on this post into the browser in my phone. Do you know how to copy things on your phone?

Thanks Mermee! Yes, that lovely stretch really warmed me up and did the trick so my neck has felt great since and the tweak is totally gone for now. It was so good for hips as well! I think I will try to fit one of these in regularly from now on (although I rarely return to the same one so will try some of her many other choices). Hope you have a lovely week too! xxx 

Lol for your entire body feeling like it's in a kink - I know what you mean all too well, Becca! I was looking up the costs of a local massage before that and I couldn't really afford to do it regularly - as lovely as it would be - so this is an easy and free alternative and I can pull out my yoga mat whenever I feel like it. I'm so grateful for YouTube! Hope you're having a lovely week too! xxx
