often. it's a glitch that comes up frequently... but if you email the dev team from the Play Store app info and explain the problems, they are really helpful and respond quickly to issues

The issue shifted to a "Screen Zooming" problem. View any entry...screen zooms in, formatting is basic, no line spacing, and app needs to be closed.
