I have gained back some weight too - but feel inspired again after googling Fast 800 and Dr Mosley's 5:2 diet. May motivate you. You do two 800cal fast days and the other days just healthy Mediterranean food. Just keep fighting - you will find your way! Have you read Janine Roth for Emotional Eating - she has great Facebook Page.

Last year was such a roller coaster for myself I put on 20kgs between May and September. The start of this year I decided I am going going loose the weight put on as well as the extra I had that I already wanted to lose ontop of what I put on. I must say dealing with the emotions and what caused me to overeat in the first place is also such an important step in my journey.
