hi everyone so some of you have known me for a while and i was at about 84kgs 2 years ago i lost weight well the last 2 years ive been battling anxiety and emotional eating to avoid dealing with things the last 2 years ive tried allot of things if ive done keto ive eaten low calories had diets pulled up got advice from so many nothing has worked i gained allot i weighed in at 111 last week im determined to change this year for the better its so hard the point of my post is for those who feel bad or emotional today about weight you are not alone lets do this!

I have gained back some weight too - but feel inspired again after googling Fast 800 and Dr Mosley's 5:2 diet. May motivate you. You do two 800cal fast days and the other days just healthy Mediterranean food. Just keep fighting - you will find your way! Have you read Janine Roth for Emotional Eating - she has great Facebook Page.

Last year was such a roller coaster for myself I put on 20kgs between May and September. The start of this year I decided I am going going loose the weight put on as well as the extra I had that I already wanted to lose ontop of what I put on. I must say dealing with the emotions and what caused me to overeat in the first place is also such an important step in my journey. I wish you all the best.
