Hi everyone.
Thank you all so much for the input on yesterday's question. I feel soooo much better, and some of your advice I've really taken to heart. Yesterday went well, I stuck to OMAD. Did my 6 km walk & ended up with 16400 steps.
Last night I had freshly made spaghetti that a friend gave me, with beef mince. IMHO, there is such a big difference between the fresh ones & store bought dry pasta. I was able to stick to 1 portion, where normally I would eat until I'm bursting. I'm only up by 200 gr on my weight this morning. I'm hoping for a bit of a loss for tomorrow's official weigh-in.
Tonight is back to healthy meals, having roasted veggies & steak.
