1.5 kg down. Im struggling to eat in calorie deficit. But exercising as much as possible

well done. if your struggling with eating in deficit, a good too is to fill your plate with low calorie foods. tonight I turned my egg and tuna meal into a salad. i ate a lot but my calories are low. you can turn almost any meal into a double portion by just adding lettuce!!!

Exercise is a very small component to fatloss. The trick to eating in calorie deficit is to make meals using low calorie vegetables to bulk up the volume of the meals.
