Looks yummy....and yes please .... where can one purchase low carb pasta. I love pasta but eat so little due to the carbs. Would be nice to try the low carb pasta and see how it works with one's weight

Chez.. just be careful for spinach pastas... I read the ingredients on my box the other day and it was 2% spinach and thr rest was still wheat... they literally just colored the pasta with spinach... I was so sad. how calorie pasta is shirataki (no calories but has a slight rubbery texture) and then cauliflower noodles.. I got some at PNP the other day and so far they've been working the best... and you get another portion of veg in that way..
