Upped my calorie intake today, not worried though, kinda need it after the small amount of calories I've been getting lately (not recommended). Planned to start working out today after the horrible course of antibiotics, but my body solidly informed me I'm not ready yet.
Also have a very painful lump in my neck and hoping its not a further infection from the surgery. . .Luckily I'm seeing my doc on monday anyway to sort my meds out, so he kan just check it out anyway.
Sorry I don't have any exciting/upbeat stories today. .Been kinda rough lately. Hoping you all are well and embracing your challenges with a light heart and a spring in your step.
