Hey everyone. . .for those who still remember me, haha.

Haven't been on in a while as my weight has reached a positive plateau and I didn't feel the need to use the food journal.

Due to some health issues I have been put on a Paleo like diet and this terrifies me. I feel reluctant to follow such a strict regime when my weight is so stable. . .and I can't imagine my days without carbs. Any advise or thoughts?

Hope you all have been well and I would love to hear from anyone and everyone again!!
