I have found that cinnamon, ginger and tumeric with honey in the morning not only regulates my BP but has sooooooo many other health benefits.
I call it my spicy tea 😅 great for a winters morning

Good for a sore throat as well. And a natural diuretic, especially ginger. You can try a little black pepper as well. You absorb turmeric more with added black pepper. 🙂

my mom has fibromyalgia and she has been using tumeric for about 5 years now, daily... after about 2 years of use most of her chronic symptoms disappeared. tumeric has epic antiinflammatory benefits. it's magic stuff

How much turmeric do you use. Like a teaspoon?

Not for people that have gallbladder/ liver disease or kidneys/kidney stone problems though. And especially if you’re pregnant. It causes the uterus to contract. Really great for after pregnancy. Turmeric is great but can be harmful with certain medications. Other than that. Great for people trying to cure inflammation etc like Shereen mentioned.

But a little bit in your food won’t be harmful. I usually add it to curries, turmeric, black pepper, garlic, ginger and a list of healthy spices 😂 but some people take the capsules that have high doses and are made to absorb very easily.

I take a couple of tblsp of all and mix them in a container then use 1 tsp a day so works out average 1/4 to 1/2 a spoon of each ingredient. I also add apple cider and honey. I drink about 3l of water a day to ensure good kidney flushing

I’m going to comment here because there are guys apart of the other conversation and boob talk is private ❣️… with the 2 bras that’s terrible and flipping uncomfortable! Go to Ackermans where the body shapers are, those tight underwear pants thing ?? I hope your following me ? Go to that side, and they have bras with no wire and a thick strap that goes around, those are very supportive and very comfortable for big boobs and they come in SML try those and you will if your boobs are more comfortable you will be more comfortable with yourself ❣️ 
Thank you hunny. I have found good bras but yeah its two. That's why I keep telling you boobs are over rated and they mess with our weight 🤣🤣🤣🤣 anyway enough boob talk. More food talk. My favorite topics are food. Fishing. Sports and range shooting... Not your average girl 😅
