When I started exercising (lifting weights & running) in Feb, I was 62 kgs, 4 kgs from my goal of 58. I am currently 64.7 kgs & I am thinner than I have been in a decade. I have gained 2.7 kgs in muscle & lost a lotta fat! Lighter is not always better 💪🏼

My goodness the motivation in this..I don't lift weight or even own any type of weights at this point...just alternating between strength exercises using my body weight and HIIT and walks on my cardio days...This definitely tells me I'm on the right path.
