I used hcg injections, 600 calories of food and 3-4 liters of water a day. Absolutely no cheating

Checkout the Shaperevengers website, they explain the injections. And I only did 5km walk on Sat and Sun. I have since May I lightly increased the exercise. Can't do too much on 600 calories a day, I'll pass out haha
