Three egg omelette with cheese and courgettes, some homemade pumpkin-seed loaf and coffee. Happy Saturday!

Interested to hear which meal is everybody’s biggest? Mine is always breakfast, somewhere between 8-10am 🙂

No breakfast on my side and our changes between lunch and dinner size, depending on my activity levels for the day. If I do more training I am more hungry at lunch

Good morning :D mmmm looks yummy! I know its not the correct way of doing eat, but my biggest meal is dinner. I work until about 17h30(Sometimes later.. I have a trailer rental busines so its never the same time), go home and then just do some preparation for dinner, get dressed and hit the Gym for 60-90 minutes and then get home and make food eating at about 20h30

I’m sure doing gym at the same time makes it good to eat late though! I have the opposite schedule so I gym when I wake up and then eat about an hour later :)

Thanks so much @Jespes26 😍. Totally agree on the gym thing. My dietcian says exercise is the Nti weight loss 😂 not that's it's not important cos of course it is, but just cos it makes you hungry. On the days I train more I can literally feel my increased appetite

Me too - I was away from home this week and we paddled, peddle-boated, hiked and swam every day and I was super hungry 😂
