walking therapy with bestie. got 10k for the day. ive had to take some time off training this week because i had a food related allergic reaction which messed me up... so i'll be back in my gloves next week.

Thanks ladies... My allergies generally are a mystery. I'm super allergic to some of the most random things and the list seems to keep growing 💊🙈 but I'm feeling 💯% percent better now ❤️
