Hi Shereen, looks delicious! Which brand of coconut yogurt is this? Been switching all my dairy to plant-based, but yogurt has been a bit tough to find at reasonable prices.

This is Lancewood Double Cream Coconut. I love it. Two tablespoons is plenty and it's also a great ingredient in curry. Really versatile.
