Try doing measurements once a week instead. It could just be water retention. Look how far you have come. You can do this!!

I known sometimes you don’t want heaps of well meaning but annoying advice so I’ll first ask if you want some thoughts?

So one thing I’ve learned from reading and seen personally in my life is the concept of metabolic flexibility. What that means is the ease with which you body moves from burning fat to burning carbs and vice versa. Most people these days and especially Those with weight to lose, are very metabolically INflexible. Meaning the body doesn’t readily and quickly shift from burning one to burning another. So that’s why being Keto 90% or even 95% of the time doesn’t work. The 5% chest could knock you out of Ketosis for ages. For myself as an example if I go out of Ketosos which happens easily, I got out of it a few weeks ago from eating some fruit, I will wake up to 6 days to get back into ketosis. And that is with those 6 days all being low low carbs. My body just doesn’t like to shift between the two. So following a Keto diet gets tiring but it must be 100% adherence. Secondly the calorie counters don’t always get this right but all the sugar free treats you are eating so contain carbs. The labels often don’t count them because they are officially sugar alcohols but up to 25/30% of those sugars can and will be digested by your body which will also knock you out of ketosis. In fact for some very sensitive people, just thinking about or smelling sweet food can be enough to move you out of ketosis. So really just an encouragement that consistency does pay off after time

Thank you Jespes. Will increase my exercises and focus on staying under 20 grams of carbs every day... Agree, consistency is key.
