Hi. I buy the "we love low carb" pitas. Cut it in half. Smear tomato sauce on top, and then add my meat and cheese and put it in the oven for 15 minutes.
I make a few at a time, and just warm it up when I'm hungry. You can keep it in the fridge for a week.
