iPhone memory popped up this morning & I felt sick. This was me pre-lockdown 2020. This was a normal meal for me (& my double chin). I had enjoyed a starter, meal and then this dessert and was still never full. I was a binger and that makes me scared. 🙃

oh man, you gotta be kind to yourself. i am also shook when i see older pictures of me (not even that long ago) and i'm like, why did everyone just let me be. anyway, well done! you're doing great!

Same here - I used to do a full three course meal and also indulge in wine as well. It hurts me to think about it. But you’re so mindful now of what you’re putting in, and that’s a 100% win. You’re doing so well, Thilesha! #inspired
