Feeling great. Yes I indulged today. Skittles, party cupcakes, chips and a double ostrich & cheese burger in a cheese roll BUT I stayed within my calories and I am feeling fantastic about that 🤩❤️ victory? Yes. I DID NOT BINGE.

Morning Pollylock1 🤩 I know, it was braai yesterday and I was so scared. I usually go overboard when I’m around people.. and delicious food.. but yesterday I was weird - I packed my scale to the braai and packed my own foods that I had already punched into my calorie counter and made sure that I didn’t go over my calories. Felt fantastic 🥳 just waiting for this challenge to start so I get dedicate myself 100%. 😁
