I’m not usually a salad kind of girl but something about the presentation made me really happy🤩

so much cool stuff to fancy up a salad. I never buy the same leaves twice in a row... mix it up, spinach, cabbage, lettuce, purple leaves, frilly leaves, rocket and more. always add a fresh bit of herb... mint, basil, coriander, fennel etc. sooo many tomatoe types to chose from... pick one raw veggie colour from every line of the rainbow and chuck it in.. salads love heat - radish, fresh ginger, seriously - chilli on anything... salads love seeds and fats, always!!! and then protein- egg, bacon, chicken, fish... oh my gosh... I freakin' love a salad. clearly lol 😂🙈🥗
