Hi Bev!! My breakfast was eggs and coffee, lunch carrots, crackers amd marmite and tomatoes and supper chicken and salad, most of the carbs came from my snack- popcorn 😁 usually I would aim for 50g carbs but Januay has me running out of money for salad things /tuna etc for lunches 😂
