I weighed myself this morning and I obviously didn’t get much of a result since it’s my first week but I’m going to see change sooner or later not matter how small it is. I hope everyone is doing well x
69.9 kg Lost so far: 0.1 kg.    Still to go: 9.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks! Hopeful to reach it by end of April, hoping I can make it! 🤞 I am 1.72. I'm sure you will reach your goal too!
