There is a natural product called Rescue Remedy you can get at clicks or dischem - there are other brand names too. I take a few drops of this in a glass of water or sometimes directly on my tongue in times of major stress and it helps me. Hope you feel better soon!

I had a similar problem a few years ago and found out that due to stress I actually grind my jaw. my dentist made me a bite plate... and vwa-la. my neck pain and headache and jaw pain were all relieved. I don't wear it every night, but definitely know when it is time to use it because if the tension in my neck. stress plays havoc with your physical well-being. I hope you find a solution to your situation - whether it's meditation, a long hot shower before bed, less screen time before sleeping, or like me and my geeky looking bite plate.. good luck with the move. it's a stressful thing!

To move can be very exciting 🤗. Think of the new surroundings and decorating your new place... think of the positive... like a new beginning 👍🏻

Perhaps you need to write down each issue that is stressing you out, and try to solve a few issues per day. I find when I look at my to do list all together, I feel overwhelmed. But if I split it over a period of time, it's more manageable. Also we tend to bottle up our worries, it's good to have a confidante who can listen to you and give you guidance. Good luck with your move.
