Its hard to wake up and most mornings, I honestly debate with myself whether I should just message my trainer and give some lame excuse. But I am always so happy that I do wake up and move my butt!!

He is incredible ❤️ he is really supportive. I've been with him right from the start of my journey and he has seen me at my best and worst.
