Thought I posted the recipe yesterday.. must have not hit the post button 🙈. Super simple. Two cans drained tuna. Two raw eggs. A cup of flour and a teaspoon of curry powder + stuff (I added corn, green peas, onion and chilli, but you can add whatever spices you enjoy). Mix it up and portion into patties. This makes about 8. Leave them in the fridge to cool and firm for about an hour. Then lightly fry them on both sides until golden. Set of paper towel to draw out excess oil. The dressing is tahini combined with honey and lemon juice.
