I am always interested to see how my body reacts to food. This increase is a direct result of the pizza I ate last night. Homemade pizza bases with veggie toppings and no cheese - so it must something gluten related.
77.7 kg Lost so far: 20.3 kg.    Still to go: 9.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
