On week days, Monday to Friday, I do OMAD (1 meal a day), I only eat dinners. Then on Saturdays & Sundays, I do 16:8 IF, which means I skip breakfast & only have lunch and dinners. When I can, I keep it clean, but that's why the flexibility of IF is so great, because you get a chance to have that cheat that you really want. Balance is key. If you follow the 80/20 rule (80% healthy, 20% not so healthy), 100% of the time, you are on the right track.
