Managed to keep my weight the same over the weekend, & that is including eating out on Friday & having pizza on Saturday evening. Intermittent fasting is the best tool in the world. I'm also ready to get back to Crossfit classes.

Hello there how long do you fast for per day?

On week days, Monday to Friday, I do OMAD (1 meal a day), I only eat dinners. Then on Saturdays & Sundays, I do 16:8 IF, which means I skip breakfast & only have lunch and dinners. When I can, I keep it clean, but that's why the flexibility of IF is so great, because you get a chance to have that cheat that you really want. Balance is key. If you follow the 80/20 rule (80% healthy, 20% not so healthy), 100% of the time, you are on the right track.
