slow drop... been fasting this whole week... only really kept the insane hunger and cravings at bay since yesterday... hope it goes better the rest of the week.
89.9 kg Lost so far: 15.9 kg.    Still to go: 19.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
