Proud of your training I boxed a little in the army mainly my ass hit the canvas but I still run two miles a day and quit smoking going on 42 hours no cigarettes so keep at and keep those gloves up😉

Thanks Alvin. Yeah. Coming for that upper cut... Never enjoyed exercise as much until I started boxing. There is never a dull training session. Will start contact sparring in the next few weeks hopefully 🥊
