craving a lot of sweet things lately... more than usual. normally i prefer salty stuff... anyway. here is my spoon of peanut butter and honey to put the craving at bay.

No gal .. come now - eat biltong .. eat steak .. eat chicken .. eat grilled fish ... a lovely tuna salad - emphasis on the tuna and less salad greens ! Enjoy it !!

The feeling of fullness with protein is reached quicker - and you must eat according to your macros - have you tried chromium supplement? It didn’t work for me. Also please supplement your electrolytes ! It helps with cravings I promise you! I’ve been there ! More often than I care to remember !

peanutbutter is a great way too get rid of sweet craving!* peanutbutter has protein and fats in it so will satisfy the craving😉 great mini snack until the next meal

I follow a low carb eating regimen and tend towards a holistic keto lifestyle ... peanuts are a legume - so for ME.. peanut butter isn’t ideal - inflammation etc- almond butter or macadamia nut butter may be a better substitute for ME.. but if someone isn’t following a low carb / keto lifestyle / Doesn’t subscribe to this lifestyle - then I guess they do what fits in to their calorie intake / macros for the day... 🤷🏽‍♀️
