Not going to weigh in at all this week as it is shark wrrk and hormones obviously fluctuate your weight, and hold back water. On the other hand O geqr that I eat too little in a day beacause I am ofen under 1000 calories but if I'm not hungry I am not going to force myself, so if anyone has advice that this is still fine it would be of much help.
