Today has been pretty bad, I am exhausted only got 4 hours of sleep last night, and probably malnutritioned to because only eaten 300 calories today and yesterday 800 but I am still not hungry so, gotta deal with the tired and learn further for my physics exam tomorrow 😉😩

Try and keep up your strength. You need to be refreshed to study. If you don't have a lot of time to prep too much food, snack on some trail mix between meals. You can use nuts, sunflower seeds, cranberries, raisins, dates, coconut flakes, dried banana or granola. Take good care of yourself and hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. Scrambled egg on a slice of seed toast is a quick meal too.
