Out on the road again, second day in a row. A recent, impromptu coaching session with Comrades Marathon Coach, John Hamlett, resulted in my buying inserts for my shoes for increased stability - especially on my right foot, which is weakened due to a broken ankle over 30 years ago. My jog on both days has left me pain-free.
