Day 20 with no alcohol.
I am now convinced that alcohol in any amount prevents weight-loss, even when eating correctly as I followed my keto diet religiously for months with no progress and now, three weeks in to a new teetotalling gig, I have lost almost 3kg.
I have not yet resumed my exercise regime due to a foot injury, but recently bought inserts for my shoes which will (hopefully) facilitate my return to the road.
Also, I think that one of the male privileges is that when we repeat the word "diet" four or more times a day like a mantra, the weight almost magically sloughs off.
