i must say this weight is hard to lose i cant believe how ive gained since last year this is troubeling and super depressing but im not letting it get me down im doing it even if i really dont want to.....but have to if i ever want to see results it just this struggle........

but you keep checking in which is great! mindset is a huge part of the process. what helped me (and it took me literally years to get my brain to think this way) was - f*ck, I have to still eat.. so in a world where that is pretty much the only thing I can control, I might as well eat the right things. that came first. portion control and calorie counting came some time after that... and four years down the line I actually look forward to getting up at 4:50 for gym??? so keep on keeping on. don't self sabotage..

I totally agree with you ill focus on working out from next week as planned mist say im feeling allot better since i stoped eating so much im not bloated.. i sleep better.. im following a IF app now and its keeping me from eating past 7 at night and im eating clean not dieting eating good whole granes protiens and alll veg and fruit.but also limited my fruit caise that can get oit of hand aswell.. im on the right track weighing today to see fasting results. Thanks for the advice goes along way
