life stress is a massive downer i started motivated and happy now im no longer gyming just eating right.... im planing on putting my trainers on next week again... but i think its time to make peace with who i am and how i look.

Sending you good vibes ✨💫 I’ve been there many times. Only you can get yourself out of that funk. Not all is lost. Your next meal, can be a good choice. It doesn’t have to be another bad day, week or month. You got this! If exercise is stressing you out. Rather just do fun activities. Being out in the sun. It’s still exercise. And vitamin D is very important during weight loss. The sun vitamin will bring your mood up. Or just putting on some music and dancing. You can put on a sweat dancing and de-stressing at the same time. Get your eating right. The rest can slowly follow. Don’t push too hard on exercise, it’s not necessary. Fat lose happens from calorie restriction. And we can’t spot reduce where we lose fat. Exercise would just help with gaining muscle. And that is easily done with weight and resistance training.

im feeling like im eating to much im 10 hours into a 2 day fast now hungry but im gonna do this when i break the fast ill eat greens lets see if it helps i am addicted to yougurt i eat a whole kg sometimes at night 😑

It will get easier Jade, even though yoghurt is light, but if flavored, it does have a high calorie count and your weight can shoot up. Eating a lot of greens will kill the sugar craving. Eat a good amount of protein as well. It will keep you satisfied until you eat again. During your fast, Drink as much water as you can. If you are feeling a little light headed. Just add a little pink Himalayan salt or sea salt to your water. But you should be fine since it’s not more than a week. The difficulty comes in when you have snacks and temptations at home during the night. Make sure to not have any around. If you want to stop sugar and refined carbs all together. Rather eat clean for 30days. Then try a cheat meal. If you end up craving bad things all the time. Then eat clean for another 30days. It’s about self control more than it is about will power. Have that cupcake once a week or 100ml tub of yoghurt. But that’s it. Just know you can eat what you want but you choose to eat what’s good for you. Write out your eating plan. Meal prep, and follow it. Don’t over think it. Other wise you will be having that voice that says eat this and that. Rather focus on other goals you have for yourself that is work related or education. Whatever it might be. You can control your mind. Just have a plan. It will go the way you want it to. Well fast went well thanks so much for the advice. Ive stoped the snaking and am seeing a small decreese in weight im hungry sometimes but can manage it now broke my fast after 16 hours i was feeling really bad. Had a tuna salad to break and fish with greens for dinner keeping meals light now i slept my usual 8 hours and im not hungry yet i started a 13 hour window from dinner to breakfast but im still not hungry.. so im just going to carry on with listening to my body noticed last night i wasnt hungry i was actually stuffed from a plate of fish and greans. I also assume being going threw so much the last 3 years i picked up a emotional eating pattern so when i feel emotional i eat obvioysly it makes me feel better but the aftermath makes me feel emotional even more . So sticking to this and your words are truly helping thank you
