Hi leksie. Please don't feel bad or self-conscious about your weight... someone out there is dreaming of your size no matter what it is. As to pics, take one and keep it for yourself. No one needs to see it - maybe only your hubby if you want. I had a summer dress as a marker of what I wanted to fit into again and trust me the "before" picture was lumps and bumps in all the wrong places and a totally unattractive look... I was surprised I didn't bust out the seams!! I kept that picture just for me and now I can wear that dress with less lumps and bumps and no seam explosions. It is a good motivation tool to see what was and what is now. Take the pic :)

I have a dress I want to wear for Christmas this year. I haven't fitted in it for 10 years now. I try it on every two weeks and I did notice a difference. can't wear it in public as yet but I'm determined to get there

I’m hoping to get into my skinny pair of jeans one day, at the moment, they won’t even get past my huge thighs. At least you can get into your dress. 😄 I’m sure you and your hubby will get fantastic results together.

Ms Cornwall has given you stellar advice. Best of luck to you leksie. If having the accountability of the pics makes you think twice before caving to something you don't really need to eat/drink it can only be a good thing :)

I would suggest taking before pictures in a bikini and after pictures in the same bikini no one has to see it. It is just better to see where you lost cm and weight. I do this and show now one accept one friend who normally put the pictures side by side for me to see the changes
