Still loving baked sweet potato 😍, though I've limited myself to one a day and I usually only have it before a big strength/weight training day. I was thinking of getting into carb-cycling to see if it'll help accelerate fat loss a bit... But I'm too lazy to track macros 😅. Or even get back into tracking calories. I think I know and understand my body well enough to eat intuitively and not go off the rails. I am feeling "hungry" lately, even though my meals haven't decreased at all. Pretty sure it's due to hormones, because Shark Week is coming up soon. But... I have to nip that in that bud, as I don't want to make a habit out of overeating, and making excuses for it (to myself). Anyway... We're half way through the week!! Hope it's good one all the way down to the weekend 😊

I had 3 borrie (orange) sweet potatoes. Cut them up into chips, drizzle with tiny amount of olive oil, pink salt and whacked them into the air fryer = HEAVEN!

@LCFF I love orange sweet potato, but it's sometimes difficult to come by in the size I want. I don't have an air fryer, but I'm sure I could try and replicate the chips in the oven, though they probably wouldn't be as crispy.
@Sallywu, I actually meant to say that I eat it only once a week, because I know I'd eat sweet potatoes every day if I could, lol! I think it's an awesome food to add to any diet/meal plan.
