I feel emotional today. Like nothing can go right. Feels like the wheels are coming off. This makes me wanna stuff my face, but I'm trying to stay strong. I'm soooo hungry :(

What really helps is getting a fruit to eat or get those snack bars. Just make sure not to over eat.

Drink 'n glasie water - mense is geneig om dors met honger te verwar .. as jy water gedrink het en jy is 10 minute later nog honger - kry vir jou handjie vol bilton - LAAG in calories (of paar chilli bites) om aan te snack ... - coctail tamaties werk ook goed vir my !
