Incredibly nervous about the next two days. Have a bachelorette to attend today, which means lots of naughty food and drinks. Then tomorrow have a brunch with my in laws for my hubby’s birthday.

The food and drink train is coming my way- CHOO CHOO! 🚂

I don’t think I’ll be able to resist completely, but maybe I can try a little self control!

don't stand near the snacks table .. put some goodies on a side plate ... then walk away ... find a comfy spot to sit and enjoy the moment. Snack tables are my frenemy - love em, can't say not to em, so I only allow myself 2 rounds at most while walking and sitting down to eat the goodies slowly eat time... otherwise it's just one bite followed by another and another and another.
