Whoohooo... Unofficial weight is 76.7 kg, that's lower than my lowest October weight! I'm making progress! I'm hoping for a little bit more for tomorrow.

Crossfit class today:

Strength/skill:

Back Squats

1 x 3 @ 20 kg
3 x 8 @ 22 kg

I felt super weak with the back squats today.

WOD: 5 Rounds

15 minute time cap

10 DB Push Press
10/10 Reverse Lunges
60 Jump Ropes

With the WOD I was better, I finished in 12 minutes.
