Oh my soul... I'm super stiff from yesterday's squats!! Today's workout was a BIG challenge.

Crossfit class today:

Warm up: 5 rounds

40 sec Jump rope
20 sec rest

40 sec Burpees
20 sec rest

Work out: Not for time

6 Rounds

10 per arm - half kneeling landmine press
15 medicine ball over shoulder cleans - 15 kg ball
12 strict hanging leg raises
10 DB RDL - 3 sec tempo downwards

i went to a yoga class yesterday coz my body was so stiff... turns out yoga is not just sitting down and breathing you workout... but i stretched really good i feel better

I agree, I went for a session this morning. Needed the stretch too after a hectic session of Crossfit yesterday. Well done 🌺
