Weight stayed the same as Friday's weigh-in, so I'm happy with that...
I've decided to adopt Meatless Mondays from next week & I'm also doing Sober October... Gonna miss the wine sooo much....

Good luck Leksie. I did the Sober October thing a few years ago and felt amazing after that. Meatless Mondays are yummy and you will be amazed how many flavoursome vegan and vegetarian recipes are online! Have a great week!
