Urgh! Shark week is always such a drag!

Skill:

Hand stand push-ups - I just practised hand stand holds.

WOD:

AFAP - 2 rounds in 15 minutes

150 Sledgies

600 single jump ropes

I was able to finish 1 round & do 100 jump ropes in the 2nd round.
