Amazingly the scale said 62.1kg this morning so I'm hoping for a good official reading on Friday morning as well. I've been all the way up to 64kg since my last official weigh-in so it's been tough going. Just shows that proper food diary tracking is the answer for me - my daily average last week was 1652 - no flapjacks or excess snacking over the weekend. I also managed 11.5 hours of exercise last month, which I feel is good for winter - even though we had quite a few sunny days so I don't really have an excuse for not doing more, but found it did help with the work stress I've been through the last couple of months. Almost at the end of it and going on an almost three week holiday leaving next week so will enjoy spending time with family and gonna try not to worry about the scale or what I eat too much. Will try to go for lots of walks on the beach too.
