so i freaked when i saw the scale said 114.8 last night...weighed again today and looks like the digits are the same. so the good news is im maintaining and not gaining... the bad news is im struggling!!!

here we go again. with mostly carbs in sight to eat its expected!!! i guess i'll have to increase my physical activity!and make some time for myself. with a family to look after and to feed all day... i dont know how im gonna prioritize my time, but i'll have to.

that curry fish and home made buns were worth the 900g🤭im not even feeling guilty and since i indulged in it and enjoyed it so much. i must say its no biggie to get back on the wagon. i guess the lessons learned is guilty tend to make u eat more at the end of the day coz u just keep on feeling bad for what u did. but like i said i indulged guilt free. and i know ofcoz it will take me another week to 2 weeks to shed the grams. but theres no rush.
